Online Safety
The internet has become increasingly accessible for children and young people in places like schools, libraries and their own homes. In this section you can find lots of information on how to keep children safe when using information technology.
Our E-Safety Policy sets out the roles, responsibilities and procedures for the acceptable, safe and responsible use of all on-line technologies (including the Internet, e-mail, web cams etc) to safeguard adults and children within and beyond the school setting.

Safe – don’t give out personal information online
Meet – never meet up with someone you’ve met online (even a friend of a friend)
Accepting – accepting emails/messages from someone you don’t know can lead to problems
Reliable –information people share might not be true
Tell – always tell a trusted adult if something worries you
